- Matric with Maths and Science
- Minimum of five years’ experience in supervisors’ position in steel making.
Job description:
The supervision of the production personnel
- Required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
- Manage personnel.
- Ensuring discipline
- Ensure inspection and all equipment needed is working
- Daily stock taking of all raw material
- Daily reporting of all problems
- Ensure procedures and work instructions are followed at per their respective work stations.

Operational requirements:
- Standby and overtime where required.
